What problem does NexGen solve?

Remote teams can't see each other. So quick questions wait in chat or turn into meetings. NexGen puts your team on one live floor map. People see who's free and get help in seconds.

Do we have to replace Teams, Zoom or Webex?

No. Keep your tools. NexGen adds the presence they don't have. Webex runs inside NexGen.

Will my team feel watched?

No. Cameras are optional. No one sees anyone's video outside a call. NexGen shows who's free and who needs help, not a wall of webcams.

Will my team actually use it after week one?

People use it because it speeds up work. Seeing who's free beats asking in chat. We set up your floor with you and coach your team on best practices.

How is NexGen different from other virtual offices?

Other virtual offices give remote teams a place to hang out. NexGen is a place to work: live status, one-click help and, for contact centers, live KPIs on the floor.
